From bass player to sushi chef: Muneshige found his rhythm serving the St. Marks community for over a decade until fire changed everything.
After the unfortunate fire incident that destroyed Udon St. Mark's previous location, our clients urgently contacted us, desperately seeking assistance to rebuild the space within a two-week timeframe.
With a strong commitment to preserving the business's integrity of a local go-to Japanese Pub, we aimed to create a design that would maintain its comfort for the community while introducing an elevated aesthetic.
