Over time, this gave him a deeper understanding of how small details, timing, and communication can completely shape the overall experience of a project.

A projects i’m proud of
Chococo 1st LocationOne project I’m especially proud of was Chococo, where we were managing two locations under construction at the same time within a very tight deadline. A large part of the early communication was handled internationally across different time zones, which could have easily become chaotic, but the entire process ended up running surprisingly smoothly.
The project required constant updates, fast decision making, and balancing multiple moving parts at once while keeping both locations aligned on schedule. Seeing both projects move forward successfully under that pace, while also keeping the client happy throughout the process, made the experience especially rewarding for me.
