From Site to Operations
I started my career on site managing active construction projects, which at the time already felt fast paced and demanding. Moving into operations management gave me a completely different perspective. Instead of focusing on a single site, I suddenly found myself coordinating across multiple projects, teams, vendors, and timelines simultaneously.
Surprisingly, the experience on site became one of the biggest advantages in operations. It gave me a practical understanding of how projects actually function day to day, making communication, coordination, and decision making much more effective across both the field and office side.
