Skilled Multi-Trade Craftsman

• Supports the Lead Construction Supervisor and construction team in the execution of daily jobsite activities.
• Assists with the completion of project tasks according to established schedules, quality standards, and company expectations.
• Performs construction work across multiple trades, including framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, demolition, carpentry, and general labor.
• Maintains flexibility to assist in various aspects of construction based on project needs and priorities.
• Completes assigned deliverables in a timely and efficient manner to support project milestones.
• Works closely with the Lead Construction Supervisor to ensure daily objectives and production goals are achieved.
• Maintains consistent productivity, workmanship, and attention to detail throughout all phases of construction.
• Assists with material handling, site preparation, jobsite organization, and cleanup activities.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
• Identifies and communicates jobsite challenges, material shortages, or obstacles that may affect project progress.
• Adheres to company safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements at all times.
• Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic in completing assigned responsibilities.
• Contributes to efficient project execution by supporting crew productivity and maintaining workflow continuity.
• Serves as a dependable and versatile team member whose ability to perform across multiple trades is critical to projects requiring speed, efficiency, and consistent execution.
• Supports the successful completion of construction milestones through quality workmanship, teamwork, and dependable field performance.
