• Leads and supervises daily activities of on-site construction crews.
• Coordinates with the Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure work is completed according to project schedules and milestones.
• Performs and assists with construction work as needed, including framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general construction tasks.
• Monitors crew productivity, workmanship, and adherence to project requirements.
• Identifies field conflicts, construction challenges, and trade coordination issues and develops practical solutions to maintain project progress.
• Provides technical guidance and mentorship to crew members based on extensive trade knowledge and field experience.
• Coordinates workflow between subcontractors and in-house crews to maintain efficient project progression.
• Conducts site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Assists in material planning, site logistics, and daily work sequencing.
• Promotes and enforces jobsite safety practices and company standards.
• Reports jobsite progress, concerns, and recommendations to the Superintendent and Project Manager.
