Chococo 2nd LocationChococo was one of the most challenging but rewarding projects I’ve worked on. The timeline was very tight — we had to complete the entire project within 3 months while coordinating across multiple vendors, contractors, and teams at the same time.
One of the biggest challenges was handling FFE sourcing within a short timeframe while making sure materials, deliveries, and site progress all stayed aligned. There were a lot of moving parts on site every day, so communication and time management became extremely important. In the end, we were able to keep the project on schedule, solve issues quickly during construction, and deliver a result the client was genuinely happy with.
